Maiden Plate, of 25 soys ; distance, one mile and a-half ; entrance 2 soys., weight for age ; open to all horses that have never won public money prior to date of entry ; any horse entered for the Maiden Plate winning an advertised race between the time of entry and date of race to carry a penalty of 51bs. lo start at 1p m. 4.
