WELLINGTON APPEAL COURT.

Wellington, May 29,
The Appeal Court sat this morning, and delivered judgments in Queen v Buckley (Christchuroh.) The conviction was affirmed. In the first case, Regina v Waring Taylor, the conviction was quashed. In the becond case the conviction was upheld, and Taylor will be brought up for sentence at the next Criminal Sessions of the Supreme Court.
