Any Jockey riding except in colors entered will be fined 3 soys. When two or more horses stai .the property of the Bame owner) a Distinguishing Color must be worn. All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give Notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one halfhour before starting. Any person negh cting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine of 5 soys to the Race Fund. • All xacea to be run under the W.J.C. Bales.
