No entry will be received for any Race except upon' this condition, — That all Disputeß, Claimß, and Objection arising out of the racing shall be decided by a' majority of the Stewarde present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final, All Entries to be Sealed and addressed to the Secretary, J almerston North. Entrance Money enclosed with Name, Age at the time of Entry, Pedigree, and, in the case of Handicaps, Performances of the Horse, Name of the owner, and Colors of theßifer. AH persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give Notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one halfhour before starting. Horsea walking over will only receive half the Stakes. No horse to save his stake in any race except where otherwise specified. No Entries or Nominations will be received under any pretence whatever after the time specified for closing.
