THE ELECTRIC LIGHT ON THE DIGGINGS.

v Rcss, Deo 15. Tho Robs United Gold Mining Company's work's were lit up on Saturday night by the Gulcher electric light. The light was given from two arc lamps of three thousand candle power and a score <'f incandescent lamps. The light was steady and brilliant, and the dynamo was driven 730 revolutions per minute by turbine worked up to seven horse-power. Photographs were taken by aid of the light.
