BREACH OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH

ACT. Sydney, December 12.— Doctor Donovan has been convicted of a breach of the Health Act for neglecting to give notice of cases of smallpox which' were under his' care, and a fine of £50 inßicted. r PROROGATION OF THE VICTORIAN PARLIAMENT. .
