Nominations for all Handicaps, Haok races excepted, will close at the Clifton Hotel, Bulls, on the 25th November, at 9 p.m. Weights declared on tho 4th December. Acceptances and General Entries close on the 16th December, at the Clifton. Hotel, Bulls, at 9 p.m. RULES. 1. No entry will be received for any race except upon this condition ; That all dis* putee, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be final. 2. AH entries to be sealed and addressed to the Hon Seoretary, Bulls, entrance money enoloeed, with the name, age at time of entry, pedigree, and, in case of Handicaps, performances of the horae, name of owner, and colors of the rider.
