The Cross-action of the ELLIS CHURN prevents a waste in the centre common to other Churns, and causes the whole of the cream to be utilised. Can be used by Butter Factories, and applied bo steam or water power. It is easily cleaned after using, by first cold water and then hot water. By turning the handle, sb in churning, the action of the spoons cleans the inside thoroughly. The centre of the Churn can be taken cut when required.
