NOTICE TO OUR BULLS SUBSCRIBERS. ON and after this date the Wanganui Herald and Yeoman can bo obtained from Mr F. J. Mansell, Bookseller, who is prepared to take the names of intending subcribers. jjjp Z T_ I C E. It has been brought to the notice of the Publisher of the Herald that papers addressed to Subscribers at Okehu and Nukumaru are frequently appropriated by nonsubscribers, to tho great inconvenience of the settlers. It should be clearly understood that this system of petty piFering is a criminal offence, the offenders laying themselves open to a prosecution. After this notice, steps will be taken to protect Subscribers. The name of one offender is in the Publisher's possession.
