W. H. Clapham y H, Axup, judgment summons for £2 14s lOd. There being bo appearance of either parties, the case was struck out.

J. L. Stevenson v Reneti Tapa, judgment summons for £15 3s 6d. An order was made for immediate payment, in default 14 days' imprisonment.

W. T. Nettleship v F. Rowley, judgment summons for £3 165.. A telegram received from defendant was read offering to pay at the rate of £2 per month.
