TBOM 9 A.M. TO-DAY. Wind— Between N.E. and S.E. in both islands. Barometer — Further fall at all places. Sea — Heavy on both coasts. Warnings for gales as above indicated have been sent to all stations. Synopsis op the last 48 Hours — During the night the barometer has fallen slowly at all places north ot Napier and New Plymouth, and has risen steadily everywhere else.
