No entry will be received for any race except upon this condition — That all disputes arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or any one tney may appoint. Their decision to be final, Races No. 1, 2, 3, and 5 for Maoris only, and to be ridden by Maori jockeys in colors. All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give notice to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one half-hour before tarting, or shall pay a fine of 1 soy to the fund. Nominations for the Handicap Hurdles, Kai Iwi and District Handicaps, will close at the Kai Iwi Hotel on Friday, 15th February, at 9 p.m. ; weights to be declared on Friday, 22nd February.
