WEATHER FORECAST FOR 24 HOURS.
FROM 9 A.M. TO-DAY.
Wind— Between N.E, and S.E. in both islands.
Barometer — Further fall at all places N. of Napier and New Plymouth. Rising within 12 hours at all other places, but falling again after 20 hours. Sea — Heavy on the Eastern coast north of Napier, increase on the West coast. Warnings for gales as above indicated, and heavy rainfall have been sent to all stations.
Synopsis op the last 48 Hours — The Barometer has fallen steadily everywhere. The decrease being fully four tenths of an inch, in the southean part of the country.— R. A. Edwin.
