Sydney, Nov 5. — Government have received a cablegram from Lord Derby, Secretary of State for the Colonies, announcing that His Lordship has sanctioned the representation of Fiji at the intercolonial conference about to be held here on the annexation question. Adelaide, Nov 5. — The Hon J. C. Berry Premier, and the Hon J. W. Downer, At-torney-General, will prrce<.d to Sydney as delegates of this colony to the intercolonial conference. Melbourne, Nov 5. — Correction : — Last night's telegram to read : Hon Jas. Service, Premier, Hon Graham Berry, Chief Secretary, and Bon J. B.
