The following are the vital statistics for Christohnrcb for June :— Births, 54 ; marriqgM, 23 ; deaths, 24. lv the district they were— Births, 113; manages, 29; deaths, 86. To^ls for the city Mdistriot for the six month& ending ."Juns^29— Births, 995 ; marriages, 258; deaths, 429. For the corfeaponding period, of 1882 :— Births, 958 ; marriages, 2& ; deaths, 429. TniARU, July 1» The vital statistics for Timaru for the mouth were— Births, 43 ; marriages, 6 ; deaths, 18.
