ON TUESDAY, the 10th of July, applications will be received at the Land Office, Wellington, and at the Masterton Institute, for fifteen sections, situate in the Kopuaranga Survey District on Deferred i Payments ; and on THURSDAY, the 12tn | July, at 11 o'clock in the Forenoon, at the Institute, Masterton, 79 sections situate in the Kopuaranga, Miki Miki, Mangapakeha, Puketohi, Aohanga, Kaiwaka, Rewa, and Wamuioru, will be offered for cash at public auction ; also, seven sections on Deferred Payments (forfeited) situate in the Mangaone and Mangahao Survey Districts. Terms of Payment. — With the applications for deferred payment sections, onetwentieth of the upset price must be paid in Cash or by Bank Draft, the balance of the purchase money in half-yearly instalments extending over ten years ; this will also apply to the Deferred Payment Sections to be offered at publip auction. For the Cash Sections', one-fourth must be paid on the fall of the hammer, the balance (including Crown Grant Fee) within one month from the day of sale.
