Hugh McMahon and Herman Brown pleaded guilty to being drunk and incapable, and were fined 5s each or 24 hours imprisonment.

Samuel Brown was charged with assaulting James Brady by striking him in the eye ; pleaded guilty but that he also, had .great provocation. He stated that he waß employed .permanently on the wharf by E. and S. Wright and the the prosecutor was temporarily employed.
