R.M. COURT.
(Before E. Hardcastle, Egg:, R.M.) Friday, 21at Feb. 1879. CIVIL. Trustee in the estate of A. Green v. F. • George. Mr • Hodge appeared for the plaintiff. Judgment for the amount claimed, £12 9s and costs. Several other cases for the same plaintiffs were held over till 7th March. Mr Jl.J 1 . Anderson obtained judgment against F. Holt for SA 18s 6d, and <T» Igoe for £4 and costs; J. W. ' Jackson ■ -w J.Hughes. This was a claim' for .£s on a dishonored cheque. Jiidgment-for plaintiff. Evidence was taken in a ease being heard in the Wellington Tt.M. Court; Buck v. Thornton.-:
