TENDERS will be received at this office until NOON on Saturday, 25th instant, for the performance, for a period of eighteen months, commencing from Wednesday, the 29bh instant, of the undermentioned alternative Mail Services, connecting the Post Offices at Bulls, Sanson, and Awahuri, with the Wanganui and Foxton line of Railway : — 1. Between Railway Station, Greatford, and Post Offices, Bulls, Sanson, and Aw^uri, as required. 2. Between Railway Station, Feilding, and Post Offices, Feilding,Sanson, and Bulls, as required ; or 3. Between Railway Station, Greatford, and Palmerston, via Post Offices, Bull's, Sanson, and Awahuri, as required. Tenderers for No 1 and No 2 Services to slate the cost for daily, as well as twice daily Services ; and No 3 for daily and also twice a week Services. The mode of conveyance by which it is proposed to perfoim the services to be stated ; and each tender must be accompanied by a marked cheque for ;£25, available for seven days. Forms of tender may be obtained at any Post Office. Tenders by telegram will be received, providing corresponding tenders in writing, together with marked cheque, be lodged vrith the local Postmaster.
