[BY TELEGRAPH.] Wellington, Feb 26. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency's London cable message reports re wool sales that 12,000 bales have been sent to manufacturing districts ; that the sales opened at an average dcclino of Id to 1 hd on last salo prices ; that greasy has declined Id ; and that scoured and superior combing washed have declined Id to 2cl since the close of last sales.
