This case was adjourned from the 11th,. no judgment given, m consequence of an objection by defendant's solicitor that no proper affidavit jiad been filed under section 34, lI.M. Act. J. Bctt v, D. Paul, Claim £7 os Id for goods. " Adjourned till 29th. D. Paul v. J. Betfc. Claim— £27 13s for labour. Adjourned till 29th. W. McDowell v. J. Brown. Claim £14 for board and lodging. Judgment for defendant with costs. S. Ryan v. J. Brown. Claim — £1 for value of tree. Judgment for defendant with costs ; defendant being allowed 10s for hire time.
