To start at 4 p.m. RULES. 1 . The Wanganui J ockey Club Hules will be strictly adhered to. 2. All disputes to be settled by the Stewards, whese decision will be final. 3. Persons lodging a protest will place £1 in the hands of the Secretary on making the same, which money will be forfeited if such protest be deemed by the Stewards frivolous or unjust. 4. Nominations for the Wanganui Jockey Club Handicap, addressed to the Secretary, must be made on or before 9 p.m. on Thursday, 3rd February. Weights to be declared on the 10th February. Acceptances, addressed to the Secretary, Commercial Elotel, Wanganui, will be received up to MONDAY, 28th February, at 9 p.m. WANGANUI DERBY OF 1877-78.
