A SERIES of LAND SALES is being A held in the PROVINCE of TARAJfAKI under the Waste Lands Board of die Province, the Lands offered being Town and Rural Allotments, the latter varying , in areafroiß 20 to 820 acres, and the con-, ditions of sale being- by DEFERRED 1 PAYMENTS extended over Ten Fears, by Auction, for CASH ; and by FREE SELECTION for CASH. The district is traversed by the Waitara- Wanganui Railway, now in course of construction and which is expected to be completed as far as fnglewood — the Township at the commencement of the district — in about eighteen months.
