Resolutions.
Resolved— That the Engineer prepare specifications, to be left at Kennedy's, for claying a portion of the Makirikiri road, Tliat the Secretary communicate with Messrs J. &0* Bull relative to the price of tofcara, as soon as the Engineer give a list of sizes required. The Foreman of Works was instructed to have slips on No. 3 extension cleared away. Ifc was agreed that the next meeting be held on Thursday March 2nd, at 2 p.m.
