Persons lodging a protest will place £1 in the hands of the Secretary on making the same, which money will be forfeited if such protest be deemed by the Stewards frivolous or unjust. 1 4. Nominations for the Wanganui Jockey Club Handicap, addressed to the Secretary, must be made on or before 9 p.m. on TiiursdaYj 3rd February. Weights to be declared on the 10th February.
