Friday, September 19, 1873. (Before Major Dime, J.P., and TJ. W. Woon, 11.JJ,) OBSCRNK LA.NGUAGK, Steven Carrol charged with the above offence, fined 20s or 48 hours imprisonment. Prisoner on leaving the dock expressed his determination of " taking it out in gaol." CIVIL. Charles Jeffcot v. William Roberts Claim LI 17s. No appearance of defendant. Judgment for amount and costs 9s. TKANSFKB, OF LICENCE. An application for transfer of the licence of Atkinson's Hotel from from Mrs Atkinson to Mr James J. Anderson was granted. Messrs C. 11. Borlase and E. Broughton being the sureties.
