that nothing had been proved to cast the slightest stain on Druiys character. CIVIL. James Anderson v. John -Clark. Claim £7 Is Cd. Judgment for plaintiff, amount to bo paid in monthly installments of 10s. ' Collie v. Young. Adjourned sine die. In the course of this case Mr IT. B. Roberts made some strong comments upon his brother professionals condescending to appear in Corn-tin cases of a most insignificant character.. He knew of one case in which ad attorny claiming the paltry sum of £1 os, wrote a letter demanding it together with 10s for the application. That gentleman had appeared in Court, and obtained judgment for the amount. He (Mr Roberts) regretted to find the Bar sinking' into such a state of degradation.
