'I HE above Society being now firmly I. established, the directors are prepared to offer any sum of money from £20 and upwards, on freehold or approved leasehold at 8 per cent per annum. The following scale of monthly repayments will illustrate to intending borrowers the superior advantages of this Society:— For £100 calls and interest Ml 8s 4d monthly. Section 4 of rule 24 provides " That any member shall be at liberty to pay off his mortgage by instalments, at monthly meetings, interest to be charged on the balance unpaid." No delay is experienced in obtaining advances, Avhich can be had at twentyfour hours notice.
