The cuisine is in the hands of a well-known artiste, leaving nothing to be desired in the quality of the viands, and what is often of more importance, the correct preparation of the same. THE SITTING-EOOMS have been tastefully furnished, affording comfortable accommodation. THE WANTS 03? COMMEECIAL TEAYELLEES have been carefully studied, and COMMODIOUS SHOW EOOMS are attached to the Hotel; it not being necessary to enter the Hotel to inspect the goods. This is a great desideratum and cannot fail to be appreciated. THE BILLIAED-EOOM contains one of Alcock's best Tables, in thorough good order, with all the latest and- most correct appointments. An experienced Marker constantly in attendance. It is almost needless to refer to the WINES AND SPIRITS, which are well known, only of THE FINEST QUALITY obtainable.
