RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
Monday, Mabch G. (Before AValter Buller, Esq., 8.M.) DHUNKENNESS. George White was charged with habitual drunkenness. Sentenced to seven days' imprisonment with hard labor. LABCENY. Florence Kelly was charged by James Wyon, A.C., stationed at Wailri, with having on the 4th March feloniously stolen one silver watch of the value of £15. The charge being clearly proved, the prisoner was sentenced to 'two calendar months' j imprisonment with hard, labor. ASSAULT. Florence Kelly was then charged with assaulting James Wyon. The case having broken down, the charge was dismissecf, with costs. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. Stephen Ncary v.-John Woods. Claim, £1 14s. The defendant not being in attendance, a warrant was issued for his apprehension.
