PENDING the appointment of a Board of Healths for the Port of Wanganuiy under the Harbour and Quarantine Regulations, 1868, I hereby* nqtify that the South, Spit, near the Wanganui Heads, has been ' provisionally constituted a quarantine ground for the purposes of the Act. A yellow quarantine flag will be hoisted at the Medical Officer's tent, from sunrise to sunset, and all ! masters of vessels and others are I hereby cautioned against communicating with the above station except by special authority of the Acting | Health Officer.
