TO THE EDITOR OF THE EVENING HERALD

AVanganui, Sept. 11, 1868

Sir, —I notice that " Quid pro Quo" observes in Mr H. B. Roberts an eccentric motion, and the writer's ideas appear to have been that the coirs of a solicitor's wheels ought exactly to dove-tail or meet in happy unison with those of nis professional brethren. I would recommend " Quid pro Quo" to take a ' trip to England, and when polished by rubbing against Temple Bar, he would probably return a star, not confounded by motions which hitherto he admits his thoughts did not comprehend.—Yours, &c, A QIIIKT OuSKRVKR.
