EDWARD LEWIS Has received ins<tractions to sell by public auction at the Ben Nevis Hotel, Turakina, on THURSDAY, the 25th July, at 12 o'clock, that very valuable Farm known as PLEASANT CREEK, In the Turakina District on the Bonny Glen Road, distant about 4J miles from Turakina, and 17 miles from Wanganui. rpHE PROPERTY, which will be sold in five equal portions, contains 525 acres of i. . .. • j very valuable Land, substantially fenced and part improved, and has two substantial Dwelling-houses built thereon. The land is well surrounded by roads, and property in this locality is rapidly increasing in value. The above is for positive sale, and the sale will take place at Turakioa. On the same date will also be disposed of the FLOCK OF ABOUT SEVEN H UNDRED SHEEP. Together with other Stock depasturing on the Farm, &c, &c, &c.
