The two natives who were brought down from the Pateasome time since, charged with the marker of the late Mr. Heweit, were*broo^g% up this morning in order to be discharged, In accordance with instructions from the Governor.
[We understand that they are discharged on account of its not beingthought desirable to try themes their names were not in the gazette as^exceptedr font the general pardon.]
