The following dates of arrival and departure of mails, at and from the United Kingdom and Victoria, have been extracted from the amended Time-table of the proposed movements of the mail steam packets of the Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company, for the year 1868. FROM ENGLAND.

PANAMA MATT,. The Panama Mail leaves London on the 2nd of each month; arriving at Panama on the 24th; Wellington on 22nd of following month ; Sydney 29th, and Melbourne about the 3rd. Leaves Melbourne on the 27th of each month; Sydney on the Ist; Wellington on the Bth; arriving at Panama on the sth, and London on the 30th.
