Agricultural members' of Parliament urge the Government to compensate owners, also to issue financial credits to the worst .sufferers. RAGING THROUGHOUT FRANCE. HUGE LOSSES. (Received Friday, 11.15 a.m.) PARIS, Thursday. Foot and mouth disease is raging throughout France. In the Bas Rhine Province alone 9888 farms and 43,318 head of cattle are infected, with total losses of £533,000.
