BOTH VESSELS CLAIM VICTORY. BERMUDA, Tuesday. The Joseph Conrad arrived at 1.56 p.m., and the Seven Seas 12 minutes 3 seconds later. On account of the time allowance, based on the difference in sizes, the smaller Joseph Conrad claimed the victory by eleven seconds.
