SKILFUL UPERATIUNS TRIBESMEN WORSTED. .Press Association Electric Telegraph—CoDynghi LONDON, Monday. The “Daily Telegraph’s” Simla correspondent says that the punitive expedition’s skilful operations in the Khaisora Valley are disheartening the tribesmen, who have been constantly drawn into attack on ground favouring the Indian troops, who have worsted their opponents in every encounter, inflicting over a hundred casualties.
