ATOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, at a Special Meeting of the Masterton Borough Council, held in the Council Chambers on TUESDAY, 20th April, 1937, the following resolution was passed by way of Special Order, and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council, to be held in the Council Chambers, Chapel Street, on TUESDAY, the 25th day of MAY, 1937: RESOLUTION. In exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 162 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 19£3, the' Masterton Borough Council hereby resolves, by way of Special Order, to accept a surrender of the. lease of the Borough Reserve; comprising 748 acres 0 roods 13 perches, being Sections 25, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34, Block VI., Manga one Survey District; leased to Alice Ellen Anderson, of Eketahuna, spinster, for the space of 21 years computed from the 2nd day of June, 1929, by Memorandum of Lease No. 18207.
