BRITISH BORROWING. RUGBY, Friday. During the first quarter of 1937 the Minister of Health, Sir Kingsley Wood, sanctioned borrowing by local authorities of for capital expenditure on municipal services, of which £14,457,600 was for housing.— (British Wireless.)
