JUDGMENT RESERVED. WELLINGTON, Frtfay. Evidence having been terday afternoon, legal argument was taken before the Chief Justice (Sir M. Myers) in the Supreme Court to-day in the case in which the Masterton Picture and Entertainment Company, Ltd., proceeded against William Robert Kemball, company director, of Wellington. The company claimed rescission of an alleged agreement between it and the defendant, a director of the company at the time, under which the company took 10,000 £1 shares in the Majestic Theatre (Wellington), Ltd., and also sought repayment of tho £IO,OOO paid or £IO,OOO damages. Decision was reserved. —(P.A.)
