CABARET DANCE
AT AERODROME CLUBHOUSE. On Saturday night the Wairarapa and Ruahine Aero Club held a successful cabaret dance at its new clubhouse at the Hood Aerodrome. There were about one hundred dancers present at this, the first of a series of cabarets to be conducted by the club. Music was supplied by a power amplified wireless, and the floor, which was specially constructed for dancing, was in first-class condition.
The supper was dispensed by the ladies’ committee of the club, and during the past week the committee completed the furnishing of the clubhouse in readiness for the dance.
