A Jewish girl was killed and several Jews injured when a bomb was thrown from a train while passing through Tel Aviv. Thus the worst week of terrorism since l the disturbances began 120 days ago ends with a death roll of 11 British soldiers, 60 Jews and 325 Arabs. The High Commissioner, Sir Arthur Wauchope, was greeted with booing and'4)fttcalls when he was inspecting SaraSnd camp, where Arab leaders are interned. The inspection was abandoned.
