WAIRARAPA BEAT DANNEVIRKE. Some interesting conrsing was witnessed at tlie Akura Enclosure on Saturday when a contest between Wairarapa and Dannevirke competitors was staged by the Wairarapa Coursing Club. Wairarapa won by six points to two. The visitors appeared to bo well pleased with the sport provided and hope to return again in the near future. At the conclusion of the coursing the president, Mr J. Bradbury, presented the trophies' to the winners. The following are the results: — Open stake: —First round: Mr L.
