SYDNEY CELEBRATIONS SYDNEY, Sunday. '( To-day being Preparatory Sunday for the Bishop Broughton centenary celebrations, Dr. Av&rill, Primate of New Zealand, preached at St. James Church in the city this morning and at St. Andrew’s Cathedral, Sydney, m the evening. Also, with other visiting bishops, he addressed a special Empire service this afternoon at the Cathedral. Bishop Hilliard:, of Nelson, preached at St. John’s, Ashfield, in the morning, and : at St. Thomas’s, at Kozelle, m the evening.
