ARREST OF JACOB
RELEASE REFUSED. (Received Tuesdav, 10.5 a.m.) BERLIN, Monday. Germany has refused to release Jacob, who was enticed across the border from Switzerland, and then arrested, in connection with, which Switzerland protested. Germany describes him as a traitor of tho worst kind.
