' The Riff warrior, Mustnpha El Raisuni, brother-in-law of Abdel Krim, lias arrived here from India, on his way to China and the Philippines. “My country has one problem,” he said—“her freedom. My present mission is one of goodwill, to unite the Moslem world.”
