LORD CRAIGAVON’S VIEWS

Answering Mr de Valera’s claim in the recent debate in the Irish Free Stato Parliament that the British Government could get rid of the partition, Lord Craigavon, in a speech at Belfast, said:—"The British Government may possibly possess the power to kick us out of Britain, but it can never kick us out of the Empire or into a southern republic, nor would the great heart of the British people ever stand for such an action.”
