EKETAHUNA SALE. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having had a fair yarding of sheep at the Eketahuna sale yesterday. There was the usual attendance of buyers and late rates were well maintained. They report the following sales:—l 3-year hack, £l2/15/-; ewe lambs, 13/4; small wether lambs, 8/-; m.a. ewes, 8/9, 12/3, 13/2; S.D. rams, lgn. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report on tho Eketahuna sale as follows: —A good entry .of sheep was submitted to a large attendance of buyers. Competition for the better class of sheep was keen with prices on a par with recent sales but for older sorts of ewes the market jvas dull.
