LONDON SALES. LONDON, Wednesday. At the wool sales to-day, 9278 bales were offered, including 4409 New Zealand and 4693 Australian. Approximately 8256' Neiv Zealand and Australian: were sold., There was, a good Home and Continental demand at steady rates. New Zealand, greasy Merino/ “Djimgree” sold: highest 134 d, average 12fd. SYDNEY SALES. I ” . , SYDNEY, Thursday. At- the wool sales to-day 12,047 bales were offered, 11,392 , being sold at auction, also 1047 privately. Continental operators gave increased support and values for all' better class wools were from par to .5 per cent higher than yesterday.*- Greasy’Merino made up to 17d.
